PACT Advocates was founded by Martin Musigire, a Ugandan lawyer with over a decade of practical legal experience across three established firms, and is led by a partnership whose combined practice spans litigation, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, land conveyancing, tax, and governance.
Our advocates have represented blue-chip financial institutions, defended institutions in matters exceeding UGX 2 billion, participated in legal work on one of Uganda’s most significant government equity transactions, and work alongside international counsel on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional mandates across the East African Community.
