Kabugho Winnie is a dedicated and self-driven lawyer holding a Bachelor of Laws degree from Uganda Pentecostal University, complemented by three years of foundational experience as a Legal Research Assistant at LMN Advocates. She is currently pursuing her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law Development Centre.
Winnie brings a rigorous work ethic, a sharp analytical mind, and a deep commitment to excellence. She has authored a research paper on the efficacy of arbitration and mediation as forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Uganda, and demonstrated strong leadership as Chairperson of the Electoral Commission at Uganda Pentecostal University. At PACT Advocates she applies her legal research, drafting, and analytical capabilities to support the firm’s practice.
