Semuwemba Brian is a lawyer with a distinguished academic profile, holding an LLB (Hons) from Kampala International University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. He combines a strong grounding in commercial law, taxation, employment law, and litigation with a keen interest in constitutional law and human rights.
Brian clerked at Muhumuza Kizza & Legal Consultants during his Bar Course, drafting court pleadings and attending civil and criminal trials as well as ADR matters. At PACT Advocates he actively manages and progresses litigation, corporate, and commercial law matters. He also serves as a Lecturer at the Kampala International University School of Law, mentoring the next generation of legal practitioners.
